Return Policy

All returns will be refunded via store credit. Returns must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your package. ARIDA will not place any items on hold, therefore any exchanges will not be accepted. Once you receive your store credit you may repurchase same item if it’s still available.


Lost Packages

ARIDA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking information has been sent, you may contact USPS or UPS to begin a claim for lost or damaged package.
